Rebooking Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will require a $90 rebooking fee to secure a new date.

All pricing listed on the Service Menu reflects your complete investment—gratuity is not accepted.

1. STORE POLICIES
All Sales Are Final​
As a small, independently owned business, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. This policy allows us to keep our pricing fair and continue offering boutique, high-quality products you love.

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please email us with a clear photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we’ll gladly exchange the product at no cost.
Order Pickup
Local pickup orders must be collected within 1 week of purchase. After 7 days, unclaimed orders may
be restocked without refund.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged as described above.
- Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear photo of the damaged item is required when submitting your claim.
- Approved claims will result in a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

3. SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship via USPS within the continental United States.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Most deliveries arrive within 7–14 business days. Non-stocked items may require up to 3 weeks.
Shipping rates ($15–$28 per box) are calculated at checkout. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Jones Salon Suite is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in transit, though we are happy to assist if an issue arises.
